Five indoor commands / Stay
Stay that survives doorbells, visitors, and turning your back
The guide adds pressure in the order it actually happens at home: you moving, then visitors, then the doorbell — without shouting.
Stay lasts two seconds until the doorbell, a guest, or you walking into another room. Then they break and you start over.

What you practise
- Hold stay while you take one step back, then return.
- Add turning your back only after a still stay is easy.
- Practise stay on a mat while someone walks through the room.
- Doorbell work comes last, once the body can stay down without you hovering.
Stay is taught with sit and lie down in weeks 3–4, then tested around visitors and doorbells in weeks 5–6.

The ebook covers sit, come, stay, lie down, and leave together — because one command does not hold if the others collapse.
