Five indoor commands / Lie down
Lie down and settle indoors when excitement climbs
You teach a down that turns into a settle — on a mat, in the rooms you already live in, in short sessions.
Lie down happens once, then they pop up the moment the house gets interesting. Pacing replaces rest, and you keep asking again.

What you practise
- Ask for lie down on a known mat, not in the middle of chaos.
- Pay for staying down, not only for hitting the floor.
- Use lie down after play so the body learns to come off the boil.
- Add visitors only after the mat settle holds when you walk away.
Lie down is part of the five-command block in weeks 3–4, then used as the settle around visitors later.
Add Lie down to a six-week sequence
The ebook covers sit, come, stay, lie down, and leave together — because one command does not hold if the others collapse.
