Five indoor commands / Leave
Leave-it for dropped food, shoes, and open doors
The guide trains leave as a turn-away you can use in the kitchen and at the door — without chasing or shouting.
Leave is ignored the second something hits the floor or a door opens. You lunge, they grab, and the race becomes the habit.

What you practise
- Start with leave on food you are holding, not a dropped roast.
- Mark the head-turn away, then let them have a legal option.
- Practise leave on shoes and toys that usually get grabbed.
- Use leave at doorways only after kitchen leave is reliable.
Leave is taught with the other four commands, then used around meals and doorways in the last two weeks.

The ebook covers sit, come, stay, lie down, and leave together — because one command does not hold if the others collapse.
